I am a 33 year old hearing impaired Australian who is currently living back in Brisbane after being declined a visa to stay in the Netherlands with my partner Femke.
I am living with my girl Femke who has migrated here from the Netherlands. We both have jobs and are settling down and starting a life together.
I have had photography as a serious hobby since 2004 and have enjoyed being able to shoot the stunning scenery in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
My digital camera is a Canon 50D with several lens that are all serving me well!
Spending three months in Europe gave me a great insight into other cultures and seeing the rich history, culture and architecture of the European landscape. I also experienced the coldest winter in Europe for about two decades!
Spending nine months in New Zealand gave me a chance to live life more and get fitter while exploring the rugged country-side.
I have not been into photography for most of 2009 and 2010 so far, due to other areas of my life that demand my attention.
The main purpose of this blog is to let my friends and family know what I have been getting up to on my travels and little ibits of my life while settling down. So enjoy the blog and drop me a line if you are bored!
